Dosan soewon and surrounding area

Ocheon Relics Site(Village)
The Yean branch of the Gwangsan Kim clan's founder, Kim Hyoro created this village. In 1974, when the Andong Dam was constructed, the village was moved from Yean-Myeon, Andong to Waryong Myeon, Andong in its original form. Located between these two points are designated national cultural hertiages' Takcheongjeong Pavilion and Hujodang Annexed House.
On display at the Seongwongak pavilion exhibition hall are rare archives from the family's history. Some of these documents on display include family records, estate documents and servant records. Among these writings, there are 7 varieties of ancient writings showing up in 429 pieces. There are also 13 varieties showing up in 61 records that are designated treasures.

Gyeongsangbuk-do forest science museum
Eco-era based on nature, environment, green and culture focus In the 21st century. Main goal of this museum is noticing the valuable about forest and permanent forest conservation through scientific research. Gyeongsangbuk-do Forest Science Museum build as basement, two floors above ground and the each hall exhibit the forest's history, resources of North Gyeongsang Province's forest resources, wood, etc. In addition, an interesting theme exhibition 'culture of life and forest " is now on display.

Toegyejongtaek(Togye-ri, Dosan-myeon, Andong-si, Monument No.42)
This head house of the family clan was restored in 1929 by a 13th generation offspring of Lee Hwang. This square-type building has six-kan (room) in front and 5kan on the side, and a tall front gate.

Lee Yuksa literature museum
Memorable poet Lee Yuksa in history of literature of poem !
Legendary poet Lee Won rok (Nick name : Yuksa) was born in Woncheon-ri, Nokjeon-myeon, Andong-si, 1904. He wrote remarkable poetry such as Gwangya(Wilderness), Jeoljeong(culminating), as Cheongpodo(green grape) Koreans favorite. In 1993 established the monument in his birth house to commemorate the accomplishments of his great work. The Museum open for spread his patriotic spirit to next generation. The exhibition hall in 1st floor display his handwriting manuscripts and materials relate with independence movement.
